Hi I would welcome advise as to whether the the built in wheels are capable of handling a Yamaha 25hp outboard @ 120llbs.

The built in wheels can definitely handle that weight, however I would still recommend a boat dolly. The length of the boat+motor will cause the tube ends to touch the ground during transport.
